This Privacy Policy explains what information SOTUBE, LLC app and site also referred to as "SoTUBE.us" collects from visitors (“Users” and "Subscribers") and how SOTUBE, LLC uses and shares that information (“Privacy Policy”).

• With domain administrators

If your SOTUBE, LLC Account is managed for you by a media administrator then your administrator who provides marketing for your organization will have access to your SOTUBE, LLC Account. The information input placed upon plan “Sign-up” and then billing is kept separate from the site “Video Upload Registration” and “User Profile”. Your marketing administrator may be able to:

  • view statistics regarding your account.
  •  change the video upload account password.
  •  suspend or terminate your account.
  • receive your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

 

• For legal reasons

We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of SOTUBE, LLC if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

  • meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
  • enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
  • detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results, sites that may include SOTUBE, LLC services, or other sites linked or embedded from our services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.

 

Miscellaneous

  • SoTube.us site  and app storage server is located and hosted in the United States and is intended for and directed to Users in the United States. If you are accessing the SoTube.us site or app from Europe, Asia or any other region, please note that your access and use of  SoTube, LLC site and app content  is governed by U.S. laws and regulations and not those of the country from which you are accessing. By using the SoTube.us site and app you are transferring your personal and other Data to the United States and you consent to that transfer.
  • Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to open an account with SoTube, LLC or to use the SoTUBE.us website or app. If you are under 13 years of age, do not use or access the SoTube.us website and app at any time in any manner.
